Counselling & Emotional Support

Compassionate counselling for neurodivergent individuals and the people who love and care for them.

Receiving a diagnosis, supporting a neurodivergent child, or navigating life as a neurodivergent person can bring many emotions  such as grief, fear, exhaustion, guilt, anger, hope, and love, often all at once. There are moments when it feels heavy, isolating, and confusing, and you may wish you had someone who truly understands to talk to.

Counselling at Different Angles offers a supportive space to slow down, talk things through, and feel less alone. Shabnam is a registered counsellor and a parent to an autistic child, bringing both professional training and lived experience into a compassionate, grounded counselling space.

Our Approach

Counselling at Different Angles is gentle, collaborative, and paced around you. Sessions are not about fixing you or telling you what to do.

They are about creating space to be heard, understood, and supported in a way that respects who you are and what matters to you. Support is shaped around your strengths, your experiences, and your needs, and remains flexible as things change over time.
